[bctt tweet=”How I Save Money on the Cost of Printer Ink with HP Instant Ink” username=”Bloggingology”]
If you’re tired of spending a ridiculous amount of money on printer ink, then you’re going to love HP Instant Ink. We’ve been using it for about four years now. We’ve saved a TON of money by switching!
If you print a lot or if your business requires a lot of printing, chances are you’re spending way more than you have to on the cost of printer ink cartridges.
Do you print things like printable posters, coloring pages, invitations, stickers, inspirational quotes, journals, planners, worksheets, etc?
If you’re planning an event (birthday parties, weddings, family reunions, baby showers, etc.), chances are you’ll be printing from your printer – things like invitations, save the date notes, or party flyers.
Using your printer to print is super handy for event planning, but it can end of costing a lot of money when it comes to replacing those printer ink cartridges – but it doesn’t have to be that way.
Sign up now and get a free month of HP Instant Ink.
Here’s how HP Instant Ink works – you don’t pay for the ink cartridges. You read that right… you aren’t paying for the ink! You pay for the amount of pages you print a month. Before your printer needs more ink, they send you more ink cartridges in the mail, so they arrive in plenty of time before you need them.
You pick a plan based on the number of pages you print a month. We use the $9.99 a month plan for 300 pages. Pages not used roll over, up to 300 pages for the $9.99 plan. If you go over and don’t have any roll over pages, it’s $1 for 20 additional pages.
There’s also plans for lesser pages available. Pick the plan that works for the amount of pages you print a month. You can change plans are any time should your printing needs change.
Oh, and the ink in these ink cartridges lasts a LOT longer than the printer ink cartridges you buy in the store!
Besides saving money on the cost of printer ink, there’s no more shopping for ink! Your printer tells when to send more ink, and it’s mailed out to you. We went from spending around $200 or more a year on ink to about $60 a year. You send back the empty ink cartridge to them in a mailer they provide when the new printer ink arrives.
You do need to have an HP Instant Ink compatible printer. This will not work on just any printer because the printer sends info letting HP Connected know when the ink is running low and sends out more ink.
Your current wireless printer might be compatible – you can see when you sign up. If it’s not and you need a new printer for this to work, you can get one on the site like we did and trust me when I tell you that even buying a new printer you will save you a ton of money on ink cartridges.
This is one of THE best deals I’ve ever seen when it comes to printing and ink refills. The ink lasts a lot longer also, making this even better. If you want to save some money, give it a whirl and grab that free month when you start.
