Looking closer I do see the unforecasted weather listed under both radar/non radar so I’ll just move along. Don’t get me started on the ETA +/- 3 minutes on every other IFR study guide. Keep up the good work!

This makes no sense bc ATC would like to know about that and safety of flight issues all the time (91.183b&c). Adding to the confusion is AIM 5-3-3 (a) which lists just about everything written above. Flipping the page you will find 5-3-3(b) where unforecasted weather is listed. The page flip makes it appear to be under the “ 2. When not in radar contact.” of the previous page but it is not. Unforecasted weather is so important it has its own letter (b) but unfortunately formatting will forever have it under non radar reports on most study guides. It’s a silly hill to die on buts it my hill!
